Targeted Intervention Among Migrant Populations for HIV Care and Prevention

2026 - Present

Our migrant project promotes HIV prevention, healthcare access, and a safer, more supportive and inclusive environment for vulnerable communities.

TG Targeted Intervention Programme

2018 - Present

Our transgender project aims to help create a safe environment for the transgender community and to prevent them from contracting diseases such as HIV.

Buds Network

2023 - Present

A network of after-school groups for children living with and affected by HIV/AIDS and other children, to reduce the stigma/discrimination, build support and provide assistance to education.

Dayspring Organic Farm

2002 - Present

The Blossom Farm was established by Caritas Sweden in 2002 to create sustainable income for Dayspring Home. From the start, part of its harvest has also supported the children at Dayspring Home, helping them enjoy a healthy and balanced lifestyle.

Dayspring Home

2004 - Present

Dayspring Home opened in 2004 on 6 acres of land located in Chittoor, a rural area outside of  Virudhunagar.  20-30 children between the ages of 6 and 18 are in our care.

Paneer HIV Positive Network

2006 - Present

Paneer HIV Positive Women Network Trust” is a registered public charitable trust founded by a team of HIV positive women in Tamil Nadu, with a membership base of more than 250 women.

Survive Sugar

2009 - Present

Survive Sugar aims to address these issues and advocate for better healthcare facilities for people living with diabetes. From within the community, diabetes advocates were identified. These advocates not only stand up for the rights of people living with diabetes, they also train people living with diabetes on living healthy lives.. The network currently has more than 500 members.

WEPSITE - Women Empowerment Programmes for Social
Improvement through Trainings and Education 

2025 - Present

WEPSITE empowers rural women in Virudhunagar district through eco-friendly handicraft training, sustainable livelihood development, and community-based economic empowerment.

Rights, Inclusion & Social Empowerment for Fisherwomen (RISE)

2024 - Present

RISE is a 2-year programme designed to lift fisherwomen and their families out of social and economic exclusion. We achieve this by raising awareness of their rights, securing their government entitlements, and building a self-sustaining community network.

IDEAL - Integrated Development through Empowerment, Advocacy, and Livelihoods

2022 - Present

Blossom, together with an India-based company, is working to create two Model Villages Karur District, Tamil Nadu, that will become hallmarks for women and children’s empowerment. This objective will be achieved by providing women and children with the tools, skills and knowledge to bring about positive change in their personal lives as well as in their communities.

Crèche

2003 - Present

Giving economic and cultural power to women allows them to find work. One of the major factors holding them back in the past was childcare. Blossom understood this and developed a crèche to allow the women access to find work.

Rainbow TB Forum

2009 - Present

Rainbow TB Forum (RTBF) distinguishes itself as a network comprised exclusively of past and presently TB affected people. Their aims are improving health and wellbeing, by fostering conversation and further societal acceptance of those afflicted with TB through a community support network. The RTBF is unique in its strong focus on TB prevention, treatment compliance, care after cure and education campaigns to fight stigma associated with TB.

Poomalai Women Collective

2009 - Present

The Poomalai Women Collective was created in 2005 to promote women's entrepreneurship and access to financial instruments.
