Every year we celebrate Diwali at Dayspring in the biggest way possible. This year was no different!
During the day we had some amazing food, which was donated by several donors and cooked for us by a cook. The children all received a gift package, which included candy and fireworks. During the day we danced, played games and ate lunch and our candy. Several of the donors came to visit us during the day to celebrate Diwali with us.
The day was concluded with a fireworks show by the children themselves. They had a blast celebrating Diwali and are very grateful for all the donations they have gotten.
