WHO WE ARE
WHAT WE DO
This prospective project is aiming to create a fully female-led agricultural Producer Company, training women in sustainable agriculture and generating fair trade products available at both the local and international market.
The project embodies the creation of a research hub (the SEEAD centre) where a cultivation area is made available for women to learn and improve agricultural techniques in the face of climate change.
The farm is located next to Dayspring Home on 6 acres of land and is maintained by a full-time member of staff who tends to the livestock and crops.
Blossom Trust has started plant cuttings and seedlings grown at Dayspring to encourage sustainability and eco-awareness in the community.
Previous success stories
The aim of 350 is to raise awareness about climate change by teaching people about CO2 emissions and how they can reduce carbon emissions.
In 2007, we conducted a Solid Waste Management Programme through the district of Virudhunagar.
During this campaign we went through the city of Virudhunagar to clear out the garbage on the streets and create awareness on the importance of sanitation.
